Chocolate Oero Fruit Cockatail

INGREDIENTS :-9am chocolate syrup ,  9am fruit cocktail , 9 am coco powder 50g , 1½ cup milk , sugar , 1 tsp coffee,8 to 10  Oreo biscuit, ½ cup  fresh cream, 9 am chocolate syrup , 6 to 8 spoon cake optional


INSTRUCTION : Mix coco powder and ½ cup coffee in cold milk. Heat 1 cup of milk in pan and add coco mixture to stir it well to avoid lumps, boil it for 2-3 minutes to improve the consistency of it, add cream and sugar and allow it to cool and add 5-6 spoons of 9 am chocolate syrup.


Take serving dish put cake slices on first layer and  brush prepared chocolate dressing on cake , Add crushed Oreo biscuit on top ,  Now add thick layer of chocolate dressing and  garnished it with fruit cocktail and chocolate syrup,  Refrigerate it  for 3-4 hours . Serve it cold with scoop of ice cream of your choice.


Cherry Halwa

Ingredients : 2 cups  9 AM cherry tin (drained) pitted (without seed), 4- 5 tbsp ghee , ¾ cup sugar , 5-6 cardamom (grinded), 4 tbsp  poppy seeds (khas-khas) , 1 ½ cup mixed dry fruits (almonds , cashew nuts , pistachio , walnut , etc) small square pieces cut ( 8-10 servings )


INSTRUCTIONS : Take 1-2 tbsp ghee sauté poppy seeds for 3-4 mins/till golden brown, then grind cherry and poppy seeds in grinder (medium grind) .Sauté all cut dry fruits for 2-3 min and keep it aside. Add 4-5 tbsp ghee on pan put the grinded paste and stir constantly; add sugar and 6-7 tbsp water in it.


Cook till the desired consistency / ghee start separating on side, now add dry fruits. Garnish with pinch of cardamom dust serve hot.


Healthy desert with goodness of fruit and dry fruits


Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients : 1tbsp Oil, 1 cup cubed Onions, 200g (am Tomato Puree, Salt to taste, 10-12 cashew nuts, 1 tbsp coriander powder, ½ to ¾ tbsp garam masala powder , ½ to ¾ tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder, ½ tbsp sugar (optional), ½ tbsp butter, 1 bay leaf, 3 green cardamom, 1 small cinnamon stick, 2-3 cloves, 1.5 9am ginger garlic paste, 250 g paneer, ½ tbsp kasuri methi, 3 tbsp cream, few coriander leaves tp garnish.


Instructions : Heat Pan with oil, fry onion until they are transparent, Add tomato puree and salt. Cook covered till the mixture turns soft and mushy. Add garam masala, Coriander powder, cashews, red chilli powder and sugar (optional).Fry until the mixture get roasted well and it should begin to leave the side of pan . Switch off the heat. When mixture cool, blend it with 1 cup water in a blender to form smooth paste. Add butter to same pan, add dry spices and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté well until raw smell disappear. Pour the blended puree, and red chilli powder, if desired ¼ to ½ cup of water. Cook for 4 minutes or until the gravy thickens. Let the gravy reach desired consistency. Add paneer and kasuri methi, Stir well and cook for 3 mins , Add cream. Transfer butter paneer to serving bowl and garnish with cream and coriander leaves and serve hot.


Fruit Cocktail Custard Pudding

INGREDIENT: 9are Fruit Cocktail Drained, 9 Am Custard Powder, Vanilla Ice-Cream, Cake, Sugar And Milk For Custard, Dry Fruits.


INSTRUCTIONS : Stain syrup from fruit cocktail keep it aside for custard, take 2 spoon of 9 am custard in boiling milk stir well to avoid lumps  , Heat for 2-3 minutes, add sugar to taste and keep it for cooling. Take glass / serving dish first layer cake pieces  two  layer ,  custard powder 2 spoon 3th  layer , fruit cocktail 4th  layer,  vanilla ice-cream 5th  layer again fruit cocktail and garnish with chopped dry fruit and place mango/strawberry wafer on side and top it with cherry relish cold.


Bake Veg

Take veggies of your choice, paneer , pineapple , add adequate amount of mayonnaise to it and mix well , Now add cheese , salt , pepper , Creamooz basil leaves , Creamooz chilli flakes and 9am Tomato ketchup to taste and bake in oven at 160°C for 15-20 mins . Serve hot .


Spread Mayonnaises on each side of bread , Now sprinkle some spinach , corn , onion , paneer pieces , salt , pepper , Creamooz Oregano onto  bread slices . Place cheese slice onto it , Relish it with 9am Tomato ketchup and 9am Mustard Sauce .


Make Sizzling pizza by Spreading CreamoozPizza topping over pizza base/bread ,  add veggies of your choice and finally sprinkle grated cheese and Creamooz Italian seasoning . Now bake it for 8-10 mins at 180 deg C/as per crisp required .


Toss veggies of your choice with 2 tbsp of pizza topping to make its more tasty &healthy .


Pasta

Boil 1 ltr water add 1tbsp oil/butter to it now add salt to it (as per your taste)  and finally add 100 g pasta to boiling water(can add veggies of your choice). Allow it cook for 10-12 mins. Drain remaining water .In another pan add 100 g Creamooz Pizza & Pasta Sauce and add 3-4 tbpswater . Now add boiled pasta to it and enjoy yummy pastawith 9am Tomato Ketchup, for best aroma and flavour sprinkle  chilli flakes ,Creamooz pizza pasta seasoning and oregano on to it.


Paneer

Toss paneer , onion , capsicum , broccoli , and bell pepper with pizza pasta topping as an healthy option of all  time meal.


Pea Halwa

Serving  : 6-8                                                                                                       


Preparation Time : 20-25 mins


Ingredients : 9am Green Pea  400 g,  Ghee 6-8 tbsp,  sugar/brown sugar/sweetener = 175 g/to taste, Khoya/ Mawa -100 g, Cardamom 5-6 powdered, Almond 8-10 / dry fruits of your choice.


INSTRUCTIONS



  • Grind pea to 3-4 mm pieces  (don’t make paste out of it , it should be slightly big chunks)

  • Heat ghee in pan and toss pea paste up till it stop sticking on pan then add khoya and heat for another 2-3 mins.

  • Take another pan take 100 ml water and add sugar syrup. When sugar dissolve completely in to it, Stir well until all syrup is dissolved by pan.

  • Garnish with cardamom powder and dry fruits and serve hot.  

  • Holding Time : Consume within 2-3 days. Keep in refrigerator, reheat in microwave oven before serving.


Garden Green Salad

Serving :  6-8                                                                                                                


Preparation Time : 8-10  mins


Ingredients :  Broccoli ½ cup , lettuce/ cabbage ½ cup, 9am Green Pea 1 cup, 9 am Sweet Corn Kernel, Cucumber ½ cup, Mint 6-8 leaves .


Lemon Juice 2 tbsp, Salt/rock salt to taste, Powdered Sugar 1 tbsp, Olive oil 1 tbsp, Black pepper to taste.


INSTRUCTIONS


Mix broccoli, lettuce/cabbage, green pea, sweet kernel, cucumber, mint in one bowl  and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours   . In another bowl mix lemon juice, salt/rock salt, powdered sugar, olive oil, black pepper/Creamooz vinaigrette dressing and olive oil . Now mix both ingredients in one bowl and Serve.


(Consume 1-3 hours of preparation 


Pineapple Shake

Ingredients : Milk , 9am Pineapple jam


INSTRUCTIONS


In 200 ml of milk add 2 tablespoons of 9 am pineapple jam. Add ice cubes to it & Serve Chill)
